It also has excellent adhesion to steel surfaces treated to ISO standards Sa1 or St2 . It is a low surface treatment paint and can be used on most types of old coatings and can be cured at 0 ℃. The product is used in ship ballast tanks and has passed GL certification in accordance with IMO MSC. 215 (82) specifications .
